If your Credit Card is lost or stolen, you should immediately block it through the RBL MyCard App, visit the nearest branch, or call RBL Bank’s Customer Services helpline at 022 6232 7777 to report the loss and request a replacement.

To block your Credit Card: Login to RBL MyCard App > My Account > Settings > Profile Settings > Report Dispute & Fraud > Fraud
