Piyush Choudhary has about 19 years of Audit experience and is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and CISA (passed) (Big 4s and BFSI industry). He leads the establishment of a strong Risk Based Internal Audit (RBIA) framework including IS audit framework in compliance with RBI standards as the Chief Internal Audit Officer at TVS Credit. His key areas of expertise include building risk-based internal audit (RBIA) frameworks for banks and Non-Bank Financial Companies (NBFCs), automating internal audit procedures, conducting IS audits, fraud investigations and presenting the result to audit committees. He has worked for PwC and Deloitte on a number of system and process assurance initiatives (Application Controls testing, ITGC audits, SOX, SSAE 16 engagements).
