Vikas Arora is a seasoned compliance, governance, and legal specialist with around 20 years of experience, especially in the BFSI sector. He has expertise in NBFC compliance, corporate law, governance, data privacy, labour laws, contract management, litigation, FEMA, as well as anti-fraud management and PMLA compliance. He holds the qualification of company secretary (ICSI), law graduate (LLB) and bachelor of commerce. As Chief Compliance Officer, he is responsible for establishing a robust compliance framework and guiding the organisation’s compliance culture. Prior to joining TVS Credit, he was the head of compliance, legal, and company secretary at BMW Financial Services. He has previously worked with GE Money, Canara HSBC Life Insurance, and Genpact.
