T-Health benefit utilization is completely cashless at network service providers. For utilization at non network service providers, a preauthorization is required which can be done from Saathi app itself. Post getting preauthorization approval, you can visit any clinic/lab, get the receipt and claim. You can submit your Doctor consultation charges / Diagnosis charges claim and bank details through Saathi app. The reimbursement will happen in 7 working days. We aim to process claims efficiently so that you focus on our recovery
