Archana R was not able to pursue her studies after the
12th grade owing to financial issues. Her father was the
only earning member of the family. She tried to search
for jobs, but due to lack of skillsets and limited
education, she was unable to find a job. One of her
friends suggested her to join the Basic Computer Skills
program at the Bangalore Livelihood Development
Centre. Archana was interested in computers from the
very beginning and thought it would be a good career
option for her as Yuva Parivartan would assist her in
finding a job. On completion,she started working for
First Computer as a computer operator, earning a salary
of INR 13,000 per month. Archana is now able to
support her family and is grateful for this opportunity
offered by TVS Credit and Yuva Parivartan. “Teaching is
very good & I can understand clearly & easily with the
help of blended learning. Apart from Teaching skills, Yuva Parivartan also teach ‘SOCH KA
PARIVARTAN’ which helps us more in our daily work”, says Archana about her experience.
